Choosing your lashes
How do I choose the right lash style?
Start with the finish you want—barely there, softly defined, lifted, or full transformation. You can use our Lash Guide or take the free lash quiz for a more personal match.
Do you sell lower lashes?
Yes. You can shop standalone lower lashes as well as selected upper-and-lower combinations in our Lower Lashes collection.
Do you offer pre-glued lashes?
Pre-glued styles are coming soon. Until they launch, check each product page for the exact application method and what is included.
Application and care
How do I apply my lashes?
Application depends on the product type. Strip lashes, clusters, pre-glued styles, and magnetic styles do not use the same routine. Read the product page first, then visit our Application Guide.
Can Dorisue lashes be reused?
Many Dorisue styles can be reused up to 15 wears with careful application, removal, and storage. Actual wear count depends on the style, adhesive, handling, and care.
How should I clean and store my lashes?
Remove adhesive gently, avoid soaking the lash band, and return the lashes to their tray after they are dry. See our Care Guide for product-specific guidance.
Orders and discounts
Can I use more than one discount code?
Discount combinations depend on the rules shown at checkout. If two offers cannot be combined, Shopify will ask you to choose an eligible offer.
Where do I enter my discount code?
Enter it in the discount-code field during checkout before completing payment.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email dorisuelash@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.
Shipping and tracking
Do you offer free U.S. shipping?
Yes. U.S. orders of $25 or more qualify for free shipping when the checkout conditions are met.
Do you ship internationally?
Available destinations, rates, duties, and taxes are shown at checkout for the delivery address entered. Availability can change by market and carrier.
Why has my tracking not updated?
Carriers may take 24–48 hours to display the first movement after a shipping label or initial scan is created. If the tracking remains unchanged after that window, email us with your order number.
Returns and support
Can I return an item?
Return eligibility depends on the item condition and the current store policy. Review the Refund Policy before sending anything back.
